1 on 1 Yoga sessions during COVID19 are allowed!
We can meet at a park, I can come to you or vice versa... we can even Zoom or FaceTime.
I'm doing the online offerings at a reduced rate, for those who have lost their jobs, or like me are out of work- $100 for 60mins online private.
My rate for privates is $150 for 60-75mins in person private/yoga therapy session.
Discounts on packs of 10x classes and location available- just ask for the reduced rates.
Private sessions are ideal for people with special needs and specific goals. Personal yoga programs are a great way for beginners or experienced Yogis to focus on alignment, and their individual needs with guidance and professional support. People with specific injuries and health conditions will benefit from personal lessons as well as Athletes, Dancers, and everyone in between. Private classes are the best way to get that special attention to detail you need to progress to achieve better performance in your chosen field as well as take those learning's and apply them to the group class settings.
Private lessons can be shared your partner, a friend or work colleagues.
Aside from strength flexibility, balance, co-ordination and endurance, yoga is a science, serving as a powerful healing tool for many conditions. Yoga asana, pranayama breathwork and meditation techniques are combined to suit your needs. Certain asanas and pranyama can restore and strengthen your nerves, aid digestion, soothe the central nervous system and improve the cardio-vascular system. Many practices are also highly beneficial for stress reduction, rehabilitation from injury and illness, as well as nurturing and soothing the body with exercise physiology techniques that are specific to Yoga therapy.
