Team Building
Incorporating Yoga, Trust building exercises and Breath Work we can fit into your events to break up the day with some fun movement and partner work.
Working with your schedule we will design a break in the day to get them moving and feeling and working together to build working relationships, get them communicating effectively and having some fun.

Wellbeing Workshops
How to bring simple Mindfulness practices to your workplace, focusing on posture, common ailments affecting desk workers- how to avoid and relieve them, reducing stress and how to make things appropriate for everybody.

Workplace Classes
Regular classes during the week are such a great way to get your staff moving during their lunch breaks/before or after work, promoting circulation, relieve stress and is accessible so staff don't have to make the trip elsewhere. By bringing Wellbeing classes of Yoga, Relaxation, Mindfulness to them boosts staff morale, will show them the company values their health and happiness.

Desk Sitters Stuff
If you don't the space or time for a Yoga/Relaxation Session but want to give your staff the tools they need to reset while spending long hours working... we can come in and teach simple and accessible things they can all do at their desk or in small office spaces.
Working on posture and circulation getting fluids moving to keep the tissues of the body healthy and hydrated- preventing work related repetitive injuries and ailments, saving on time off and due to these environmental factors.
