We have the beautiful Yanada Retreat centre all to ourselves for 3 nights, 4 days of Yoga & Ayurveda practices, nourishing vegetarian food, good company and time to yourself to relax.
These Immersion offerings are themed and tailored to each group, allowing you to be wherever you're arriving in your practice and giving you the pathways to move forward at your own pace.
Each day will start with Meditation & pranayama that leads us into an all levels Vinyasa style practice with hands on assists and asana labs to embody and understand poses on a deeper level. Later we will workshop and discuss Philosophy and Ayurveda and how to balance our lives with simple daily practices to help us understand ourselves better. Evenings will be Restorative or Yin practices to guide us towards healing rest.
All meals will be vegetarian, and Ayurvedic with a focus on balancing and cleansing the digestive system.
Yanada is located in Wisemans Ferry just 90mins from Sydney city, Yanada is an idyllic bush retreat, nestled in a glorious green valley between the McDonald River and the Yengo Mountains. Offering a welcome respite from busy city life in such a tranquil and intimate environment that you will unwind as soon as you enter the driveway.
It'll be our first time Retreating at this beautiful location, with a variety of accomodation options for whatever level of comfort you prefer, amazing pool for lounging around during free time, a 12 person Jacuzzi, and access to massage on site to really make your weekend complete.
Space is limited due to capacity, and abides by covid restrictions of max groups of 20 people.

Massage- Ka Huna, Remedial and Relaxation styles available- Booked 4 weeks in advance 1 hr treatments are $100 and 1.5 hr is $150, booked directly through Yanada

There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms & two luxury bell tents that can sleep 2 people each.
‘Love’ 5 x single beds with ensuite
‘Ganesh’ 1 x king or 2 x single beds with ensuite that can be shared with the house via an external door.
‘Compassion’ 2 x single beds
‘Wisdom’ and ‘Peace’ 1 x king or 2 x singles each
‘Harmony’ 1 x king or 2x single beds
The glamping tents: ‘Fire’ and ‘Water’ 2x single beds in each and include electricity, wi-fi and heating. Bathroom Facilities are in the yoga hall a few meters away
